Nurse 365 provides a reliable, dedicated service to supply our clients with outstanding agency workers. Our Staff

All of our staff are trained to the highest standards and are recruited to provide the best possible support with a friendly and professional service.

We operate a vigorous recruitment process ensuring that all of our staff meet the high standards set by Nurse 365.

  • All of our staff have current DBS’ (Disclosure Barring Service).
  • Are interviewed and assessed on a one to one basis to assess skills and suitability
  • We ensure that all staff have validated references obtained from current and previous employers
  • All Identification is checked and verified
  • NMC Pin numbers are checked as relevant

Our staff will display photographic ID badges at all times and will wear a uniform whilst they are working for Nurse 365. All staff also undergo a comprehensive training programme which is renewed every 12 months including:

  • Health and Safety including Fire Awareness
  • Manual Handling
  • Infection Control
  • Food Hygiene
  • First Aid
  • Administration of medicine (Nurses)
  • Palliative Care (Nurses)
  • Dementia Awareness
  • Hand Hygiene

Our Services

Through its recruitment and selection criteria Nurse 365 will fulfil its obligations in the provision of skilled and experienced staff.

  • Nurse 365 provides Healthcare Services 24/7.
  • In the event that a worker cannot fulfill a booked assignment Nurse 365 will endeavor to provide an alternative member of staff or alert the client in adequate time to make alternative arrangements.
  • The charging structure for the agency is set out in our terms and conditions of business. The agency will provide all clients with at least 30 days notice of any increase in charges.
  • Staff are required to provide signed timesheets for every shift which can be produced on request to support our reliable Invoicing system.

Nurse 365 can provide staffing solutions at short notice for such circumstances as illness, holidays or emergency cover. This can cover anything from an hourly service to a longer day, week or even for monthly bookings 365 days of the year.

The answer is NO. Experience would be an advantage, but all training will be provided prior to your first placement. We would ask that all nurses are registered with The Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) before they join Nurse 365, and that they hold a valid and in date PIN. This will be asked at interview and we would double check the validity.

No, becoming part of Nurse 365 is free. All of your induction training is also free of charge. The only cost that you would need to pay in advance is for your Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, as we would need this result before you could work. At present a CRB costs £60.00 (dated 15/02/2016) Should you be successful in joining Nurse 365, we would ask for payment after your interview, to help us process your paperwork promptly. Payment can be made by cash or cheque.

A Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) provides a wider access to criminal record information. The DBS enables organizations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involve children or vulnerable adults. If your DBS highlights any previous convictions or cautions that you may have had, a decision would be made on an individual case basis. We would encourage that you are honest and declare this information during your interview.

  • National Identification Card if applicable
  • Work Permit and Residence Card showing status if applicable
  • Workers Registration Certificate if a EU resident

  • Current CV detailing personal details, and the names and full contact details of your two references, one of which must be from your current or most recent employer
  • Copies of any certificates/training that you may have achieved e.g. NVQs
  • Proof of your NMC registration, if applying as a nurse

Our rates of pay are very competitive for the health care Industry. Your pay would depend on the work experience and the type of work that you would be doing. Your individual pay rates would be discussed during your interview.
